However, estimates are dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide, and subject to market fluctuations, unforeseen conditions, and other variables outside our control. BU-IQ is not responsible for discrepancies arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of purchase for individual reports, or according to your selected bundle plan. All fees are non-refundable once work has begun. For bundled plans, failure to pay may result in suspension of Services.

4. Use of Reports

Reports are provided solely for your internal planning and informational purposes. You may not resell, distribute, or misrepresent the reports as formal bids or guaranteed pricing.

5. Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver reports within the timeframe specified at purchase. Delays due to incomplete information or extraordinary circumstances will be communicated promptly.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle all project information confidentially. However, we may use anonymized, aggregated data for internal analysis and improvement of our Services.

7. Liability

BU-IQ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our reports. You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on our calculations.

BU-IQ reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
